The client remains responsible for obtaining its own legal advice and meeting any notification obligations that apply to its organisation.

Personal information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Maintain accurate client and project records.
  • Provide future support and account recovery.
  • Meet taxation, accounting or legal obligations.
